Cambre 33 is a revitalized structure that has been transformed into an apartment building in complete harmony with its environment, with the potential to enhance life in the neighborhood.
We want to make this project Fenixco’s flagship in Brussels. To do this, we monitor the project closely, down to the last detail, and place a priority on the quality of the finishing processes. This is the philosophy that has been the central theme in our projects for three generations.
Our hope is that you or your future tenants will be just as proud of this project as we are, and that living there provides enjoyment to everyone, now and in the years to come.
The building is located at Terkamerenlaan 33, away from busy traffic and a stone’s throw away from the Ter Kameren forest on one side and the old Ter Kameren abbey on the other. It is also close to the ULB university campus, the shops in the Bascule district, and the prestigious Avenue Louise.
This area represents the good life, perfect for recreation or shopping, and enjoying breakfast or dinner in a fine restaurant. It is also ideally located for visiting a museum or going to the movies, or just taking a breather on a bench in the Ter Kameren forest, relaxing in the shade of a centuries-old oak tree.
The building is also perfectly situated when it comes to public transportation and car-sharing services such as Zen Car or Cambio, making getting around Brussels a breeze.
The 34 apartments have surface areas ranging from 56 to 115 m2, and there is also the gorgeous 170 m2 penthouse, of course.
Each apartment has its own balcony or patio, a parking space, 2.65 m high ceilings, plenty of natural light, outstanding finishing details such as parquet and high-quality materials, a spacious storage room and laundry room, a large elevator, a basement room and a bicycle parking space complete with wall socket (to charge electric bicycles). The building has an elegant appearance, both inside and out, and you notice this the minute you enter the lobby.
